<p>Duties : The Production Manager will be responsible for a skilled team of CNC and Conventional Machinists, ensuring all production activities on site run efficiently and  improving process / production control as well being involved with recruitment and personnel, budgetary compliance, departmental liaison, housekeeping, KPI’s and quality standards. The Production Manager will also be responsible for lean / continuous improvement activities.</p>
<p>Skills &#38; Experience : The Production Manager will have extensive hands-on practical supervisory / management experience, from within a high volume, CNC machining, lean manufacturing environment. In addition the Production Manager will posses excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong leadership and influencing abilities.</p>
<p>Salary : Circa £35-40,000 depending on skills and ability</p>

<p>Duties : The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be working as part of an expanding Engineering team in a metals processing environment. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance / fault finding and repair of a range of production / handling equipment. More specifically, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. You will also be required to actively participate in both PPM schedules and continuous improvement activities (identification and rectification).</p>
<p>Skills &#38; Experience : The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will hold an Engineering qualification, ideally along with 16th / 17th Edition. You will be a time served multi skilled Maintenance Engineer with electrical knowledge and experience of working in a team-orientated, process environment. You will also posses mechanical skills such as welding / fabrication and tool changes. A strong manufacturing background is essential, with a proven background in PLC faultfinding / interrogation and working on machinery such as Presses and Robots.</p>
<p>Salary : Circa £24-27,000 depending on skills and ability</p>

There are a team of Directors who are the main ‘Business Winners’ and as part of running the business they take the bulk of the responsibility for bringing in the new accounts. <p>This sits in a division of a very prominent European Recruitment Business specialising in contract and permanent executive placements for the IT sector. They are very profitable, well respected and easily one of the top players in their market.</p>
<p>I first recruited for this business back in 2003 and my candidate is still there! Seven years with the same recruitment company should give you the clearest indication that this is a quality opportunity that doesn’t come along very often.</p>

<p>Key responsibilities and performance measures for this role:</p>

<li>Monitor and report campaign effectiveness vs. objectives</li>
<li>Conduct Marcomms. research and creation as required :</li>
<li>ATL (Print, TV, Digital)</li>
<li>PR and Social Media</li>
<li>CRM including Consumer Helpline</li>
<li>Bespoke local digital activity and SEO</li>

<p>My client is part of a very well established of tooling and equipment manufacturing group, formed in Europe over 100 years ago.  The UK operations are, for the most part, dedicated to sales and service. <p><strong>Area Service Engineer duties and responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Promptly carry out servicing and maintenance on customer machines</li>
<li>Effectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment</li>
<li>Maximise the commission of new equipment</li>
<li>Train customers and colleagues as required, in the general operations of their machines</li>
<li>Order spare parts for service orders</li>
<li>Be aware of, and apply, Health and Safety regulations on site</li>
<li>Apply good standards of engineering practice at all times</li>
<li>Take part in call out rota</li>
<li>Maintain test instruments, to ensure they remain in good condition</li>
<li>Effectively promote the company brand / image</li>
<li>Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.</li>
<li>Perform related duties as required.</li>
<li>Pass on leads to help generate sales and adhoc</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Area Service Engineer key skills, personality and experience:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in mechanical engineering</li>
<li>Experience of working with Compressors</li>
<li>Previous Service Engineer Experience</li>
<li>Sound knowledge of electrical / electronic controls</li>
</ul>
