Company Secretarial Analyst/Company Secretary/Corporate Secretary
A position has arisen for a Company Secretarial Analyst to join the team. Working for a multinational listed business in the oil, gas and energy sector.
The Company Secretarial Analyst will typically have duties including liaising with directors in setting up the annual meetings, diary management for board and committee meetings, manage the secretariat database, preparation and compilation of board packages, drafting and reviewing meeting minutes and be able to provide accurate advice to Directors.
Reporting to the Corporate Secretarial Manager, as a Company Secretarial Analyst you will be responsible for dealing with a large number of the Groups International subsidiaries, dealing with a portfolio of international companies ensuring statutory compliance and quality control, preparation and compilation of board packages and diary management for the board and committee meetings. Experience with managing the board essential.
The ideal candidate for this role will be ICSA qualified with previous experience in a similar role, with excellent computer skills. Experience within the oil and gas sector would be beneficial but not essential.
