Credit Controller, Northampton, £16,000 – £18,000 Credit Controller / Credit Control
We are seeking to recruit a competent Credit Controller to complete the credit control function for a portfolio of accounts. Working within a large team and reporting to the Credit Supervisor you will be chasing debts, dealing with queries and customer service.
The successful Credit Controller will be expected to:
- Complete the full credit control process for your own ledgers
- Build relationships with clients
- Deal with any queries
- Deal with any customer service related issues
- Reduce debtor days
The successful Credit Controller will have previous experience within a Credit Controller role and be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent computer skills
- Previous experience in Credit Control an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good numeracy skills
The successful candidate will be paid £16,000 – £18,000 depending on experience.
