Due to continued growth we are looking to hire an experienced Company Accountant/ Finance Manager into our team.
Based at our manufacturing site in Redditch you will have responsibility for a team of 3 and will undertake all elements of running the Finance Function of our c£6million turnover business.
As well as the hands on day to day accounting requirements of our business you will work with the Managing Director and Senior Management team to improve profitability across the whole company so an ability to communicate at this level is essential.
The ideal candidate for this role will hold a recognised accounting qualification or have the requisite experience to run a small team.
Ideally however you will be CIMA/ACMA/ACCA qualified with strong experience.
Key elements of this role include management accounting, statutory accounting, cashflow forecasting, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, costing and the overall Financial controls around our business process.
This role can really add value to the business and as such the right candidate will have the desire to be a genuine business partnering Finance Manager/ Company Accountant.
Experience of Microsoft Excel and an accounting package such as Sage, SAP, Opera, Sun or Open Accounts would be beneficial
