Reporting to the Production Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the supervision of 20 shop floor staff and also process improvements on Injection Moulding machines. This will include; operator training, quality control, adhering to production plans, process optimisation, faultfinding & rectification and condition setting
The ideal candidate will be an experienced supervisor coupled with a sound setting knowledge while working within a fast paced manufacturing environment. Experience of working with Battenfeld & Krauss Maffei moulding machines would be an advantage although not essential.
Salary : Circa £25,000 depending on skills and ability
