Steel Fabrication Company – Wolverhampton Area
£18k basic, £28k OTE
Small family owned business based in Wolverhampton with a range of ‘steel’ based services that include powder coating, shutter doors and shop fronts and steel security fabrication (doors, gates, fencing etc, which is where the vacancy sits.)
They have recently moved to bigger premises as part of a planned expansion plan and now need an Internal Sales Representative to help grow the business.
The Role:
Office based cold calling from a database, leads, referrals etc. Dealing with both main and subcontractors as well as domestic end users. With every sale comes costing and estimating and when necessary client visits for site surveys and measuring tasks. The role emphasis is on new business and as such will be a numbers game while you find your feet.
Your profile:
Ideally as close a background to what the company do as possible so a mix of internal sales, cold calling, estimating is crucial. If you have a background either in the steel industry or similar that would be ideal. If you have all of the above great!
