INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
£40K BASIC, £60K OTE, CAR ALLOWANCE, PENSION, LIFE ASSURANCE, MOBILE, LAPTOP, COMPANY CREDIT CARD.
Due to genuine organic growth, my client, a leading manufacturer of incineration systems, is now looking to expand its global sales operation with the appointment of an experienced International Business Development Manager. This company prides itself on the cutting edge nature of its equipment portfolio, and has a very healthy product development programme in place to ensure this current worldwide growth will continue. As an International Business Development you will be directly responsible for 50% of the companies’ global distributor sales revenue; forming part of a two person team that reports into the Sales Director; and that represents a target of about £2m!
Key responsibilities…. To identify and recruit new partners and to drive the development of the business brand forward in India and China. To assume full responsibility for the brand and its message via the distribution network. International network management and new business. Account management. Development and implementation of a corporate sales plan / strategy. Develop and augment market and competitor knowledge.
Your profile…. A proven track record of international sales achievement in India and/or China. Experienced in securing and managing a distributor network. Capital equipment sales experience. Strong negotiating, leadership, and problem solving skills. Happy spending 50% of your time abroad. Midlands based.
