Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Process Engineer will be responsible for the lean manufacturing principles on site this will include an understanding of SPC, tolling abilities (machining, welding etc) and able to use CAD packages. This is a very hands on role but will be required to motivate other in improving the production environment
Ideally the right candidate will be a pro-active Engineer / Technician from within a lean manufacturing environment with experience of lean / quality improvements. Have gained qualification to HND or Higher qualified with relevant experience ( preferably automotive) and have been involved in training / supervising other staff.
Salary : Salary approx £25,000 depending on experience
