Reporting to Operation Manager, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing all staff under his/her control in relation to performance, attendance and Health and Safety. Maintain stock of Engineering parts to the level of Cost and accuracy as set in operational budget. Maintain PPM for all Plant and equipment. Ensure that all Plant and equipment is compliant to current Health &Safety standard. Provide information that will contribute to the formulation of the Operational Budget. Participate and facilitate the implementation of new Projects and any other task as requested by the Operation Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a time served mechanical or electrical or both with experience in high volume manufacturing environment with special emphasis on fault diagnosis. Practical “hand on experience”, Energetic and enthusiast with a “Can do attitude”, Ability to integrate well in a small team
Salary : Circa £33,000 depending on experience
