Reporting to the Production Manager, the Mouldshop Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Injection Mouldshop. The right person will be expected to drive through improvements in performance and component quality by effective operations management and the implementation of modern manufacturing techniques
Ideally the right applicant will have a proven track record of effective Mouldshop / Production Management from within a busy injection moulding manufacturing environment. Ideally you will be able to multi-task and have, a hands-on, proactive, can-do attitude towards problem solving. In addition you will be an exponent of modern / lean manufacturing techniques and have excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both internal and external customers.
Salary : Up to £35,000 depending on skills and ability
