The Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician will be working on a day’s shift pattern with a callout rota. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance / fault finding and repair of a range of production / handling equipment. More specifically, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. You will also be required to actively participate in both PPM schedules and continuous improvement activities (identification and rectification).
The Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician will hold an Engineering qualification, ideally along with 16th / 17th Edition. You will be a time served multi skilled Maintenance Engineer with electrical knowledge and experience of working in a team-orientated, process environment. You will also posses mechanical skills such as welding / fabrication and pneumatics. A strong manufacturing background is essential, with a proven background in PLC faultfinding / interrogation and working on machinery such as CNC controlled production equipment.
Salary : Circa £20-25,000 depending on skills and ability
