You will be responsible for New Project Introduction, Continuous Improvement programs, Paint line Systems & Equipment following the Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) metrics. You will need to ensure the Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies and objectives are fully implemented within the Paint Line Department.
Main Duties:
• Ensure new Projects are handed over, on time & within quality constraints.
• Attend Project reviews & daily production meetings as & when required.
• Provide Robot Training and assistance to the Application Engineer when required.
• Assist with Robotic Application to improve R.F.T & Yields.
• Provide Technical Application support to the Production & Project Departments.
• Liaise with & advise Cam Manufacturers in the development of new Cams.
• Maintain continuous Improvement Programs.
• Liaise with and advise Paint Suppliers during new Project & Colour introduction.
• Continually analyze production & new products, applying Continuous Improvement Techniques & programs to minimise application faults.
• Work closely with Project engineering in the Development & Introduction of new Projects.
• Update Company DOS Boards about the Teach Cell.
• Create & Work to Projects & own Timing Plans .
• Project Manage CIP Regarding Application equipment, Robotics & Software initiatives.
Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in Robot Programming and Paint Application, Xrite & Colour Measuring Techniques
