The Press Setter / Foreman will be responsible for the setting and operating of a range of automatic transfer and progression press machinery used in the manufacturing of precision parts. You will also be involved in the improvement of the manufacturing process and liaising with other departments as appropriate.
The Press Setter / Foreman will have come from a lean manufacturing environment and hold a valid PUWER / ROSPA certificate and FLT licence. You will also have a solid background in, setting and progression presses (up to 350t – Roll Feeds), coupled with the ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Salary : Circa £15-20,000 + overtime
