The Press Setter will be responsible for the tool / condition setting and operating of a range of strip fed, single action Press Tools and special purpose production / assembly equipment. The Press Setter will also be responsible for Quality checks, Continuous Improvement activities and troubleshooting, alongside liaising with other departments as appropriate.
The successful Press Setter will have come from a lean manufacturing environment and hold a valid PUWER / ROSPA certificate, ideally coupled with CAD experience (not essential). The successful Press Setter will also have a proven background in setting single action presses, special purpose equipment and QA.
Salary : Circa £20,000 for a double-day shift pattern
