We are seeking to recruit a Press Tool Design Engineer to work in a varied role, taking new projects from inception to completion.
As Press Tool Design engineer you will be expected to have been exposed to complex transfer presses, covering the following areas :
- Designing new press tools according to customer specifications
- Working on 2D and 3D Cad packages
- Working with toolmakers to advise and make changes to designs as required
- Compiling Builds Of Material
- You should have in-depth understanding of press tooling, be able to interpret clients’ specifications and use your initiative to produce an exact and timely design
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000
