As a Product Sales Manager you have the enviable task of promoting the companies premium product portfolio to OE and distribution market customers. In a little more detail the role will involve; Taking responsibility for nominated key customer accounts. Providing marketing and sales support to customers, colleagues and the national sales team. Undertaking commercial and technical proposals as required, including the calculation of prices and profit. Analysing and reporting on product performance on a regular basis. Assisting authorised distributors to market products where applicable. Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills Identifing/developing new markets and/or application opportunities for your product range. Regular interaction with the divisional marketing team. Product training to the sales team and distributor network as required. Undertake ad-hoc project work as required Your profile will need to be as follows; HNC/HND or Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering/Marketing qualification Ability to modify style in order to achieve results and maintain effectiveness. Ability to maintain organisation, ethical and social values in all business activities. Ability to utilise appropriate interpersonal styles and methods during group interactions. Must be adept in use of MS 2000 or later. Self-driven, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. Live within a commutable distance of Hemel Hempstead. Willingness to occasionally spend nights away from home and travel abroad Experience of working within a marketing environment. Experience of working in a technical support environment.
