The Production Supervisor will be responsible for a team of CNC Setter / Programmers, Machinists, Maintenance Tech’s and Production Operators. The Production Supervisor will also be required to be hands-on whenever required, leading the team from the front, production planning, maintenance planning, KPI adherence, managing quality, scrap levels and team discipline. Production Supervisor applicants will be time served Engineers / CNC Programmers (or equivalent) and have an excellent skill-set covering CNC Turning & Milling, Conventional Machining, Scrap Reduction, Production Planning, Progress Chasing, Customer Liaison, Training and of course Supervision / Management. It is also essential that any applicants are excellent communicators, leaders and not afraid to jump “on the tools” when required. Experience of manufacturing Fasteners would be an advantage. Salary : Circa £25,000 for a day’s based position
