This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, career minded Production Supervisor / Team Leader to advance their career within a fast moving manufacturing environment. The successful Production Supervisor / Team, Leader will have responsibility for a Production shift of up to 25 direct reports within a business unit.
The Production Supervisor / Team Leader will be required to influence and motivate a dedicated & experienced workforce and be expected to manage, measure and develop your team, ensuring that production processes are optimized and efficiencies maximized through the application of modern manufacturing techniques and by driving forward continuous improvement initiatives.
Your practical experience should be coupled with a strong, ambitious personality to challenge both people and process in a logical, analytical and proactive manner at all levels within the business.

The ideal Production Supervisor / Team Leader will be an experienced Production Supervisor, from within a busy, high volume manufacturing environment. You will have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and be able to communicate at all levels
Salary : Permanent 2pm – 10pm shift. Circa £20,000 – 22,000 dependant on skills and experience
