In this Senior Engineering position, your function is to manage the technical aspects of new product introduction activities from concept through to production, including running APQP reviews and PPAP submissions. You will be responsible for obtaining and delivering all processing equipment and facilities for assigned projects into production within the agreed quality, cost and timing targets in addition to managing the activities of sub-suppliers and supporting the production teams on technical issues.
You will have developed your experience in a similar Project Engineering capacity within a manufacturing environment producing precision plastic parts and assemblies for sectors such as medical devices, automotive, teletronic & business machines. You will have a strong understanding of FMEA`s, Control Plans, SPC`s, analytical planning skills and structured problem solving. You will be a strong minded, results driven individual with excellent problem solving and communication skills and ideally some command of French and/or German.
Salary: Up to £30,000 dependant on skills and ability
