Hand finishing plastic (PU) silicon moulds and would suit someone who probably has an engineering background of some sort, perhaps a mechanical or engineering apprenticeship and is comfortable with using small machine tools, reading drawings and using measuring equipment such as Verniers. The essentials are good hand-to-eye co-ordination, reliability, responsible attitude to work, good team worker. The candidate may have experience as a modelmaker or fettler, or have a craft or artistic background.
