Purchase Ledger Supervisor/Purchase Ledger Manager

A position has arisen for a competent Purchase Ledger Supervisor to work within the finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager the Purchase Ledger Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing 2 members of staff, posting purchase invoices and credit notes, checking purchase orders, supplier statement reconciliations and payments runs as well as any ad hoc duties required. Experience is essential within a similar Purchase Ledger role.

Working for a retail business within the Warwickshire area with a turnover in the hundreds of millions. The Purchase Ledger Supervisor typical duties will be varied but will include purchase invoices and credit notes, checking purchase orders against invoices, supplier statement reconciliations, payment runs, expenses and petty cash, daily banking and ad hoc duties.

The ideal candidate for this role will be computer literate at intermediate level, have good numeracy skills and good attention to detail. Ideally you will have experience of Kerridge and Microsoft office skills.
