Due to continued growth within our business we are in a position to hire the brand new role of Risk and Compliance manager into our organisation.

This high profile role will work with multiple stakeholders but will ultimately be responsible for ensuring procedures and controls are in place across one of the larger divisions in the business.

The Risk Manager will operate at board level to ensure compliance across a number of areas including the Bribery Act of 2010.

You will educate the business on risks and policies, offer support to the Division, prepare and implement controls, complete risk management and risk assessments and be involved with various elements of due diligence for numerous projects.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a qualified accountant most likely with an audit background who will have strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder communication ability across all levels, commercial acumen and  a starter finisher mentality to implement and review controls and procedures that have been implemented.

Limited local and international travel will be an element of this role with occasional overnight stays and even more occasional longer trips.
