Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Process Setting Team Leader will be working days to ensure the efficient running of the area. This will include; identification of process improvements, compliance with Health and Safety obligations, identifying the development needs of staff and new product introduction (NPI)
Ideally the right candidate would possess a relevant qualification and have gained experience working in an FMCG environment. Injection mould processing is essential, along with the ability to demonstrate proven leadership skills and have the ability to build an effective team. Experience of modern manufacturing systems and techniques is essential
Salary : Circa £30,200 + relocation depending on skills and ability
