Reporting to the Mould Shop Manager, the Zone Coordinator will be required to manage the staff within this leading 1st Tier automotive supplier of Injection Moulded Components to UK based OEM’s. Managing and controlling the operational processes & personnel, monitoring and reporting. Ensuring appropriate levels of skilled resource are maintained to support manufacturing requirements. Accountable for the achievement of the KPI’s ensuring any variances are managed and problem resolution put in place. Responsible for ensuring all quality and operational procedures are adhered to including 5S/House keeping, 8D, etc
Ideally the right candidate will be a hands on supervisor with previous knowledge and experience of Injection Moulding and Assembly processes. Have worked within high volume manufacturing, preferably Automotive coupled with vast knowledge of Injection Moulding and or Assembly processes. You will have proven communication skills, a strong and pro-active communicator and Team Leader. Candidates will have in depth knowledge of injection moulding principles and processes
Salary : Circa £25,000 depending on experience
